2024 is flying by! Talk about some crazy times in real estate! 

2020 & 2021 brought some interesting changes to our community and to our real estate market. Our housing inventory had continued  to be at an all time low, interest rates were still pretty low and home values were at an all time high.  Our market continued  to be a sellers market but buyers were still able to find homes and feel very good about their investment! 

2022 stayed pretty steady in 2023 there was a little drop off in Sales. I am proud to say I was very blessed in 2023 to help many people make a move.

Fast forward to 2024 and the market continues to shift and evolve. Interest rates are a little higher, prices have come down a little bit. Inventory  is much more plenty and we are seeing homes sit on the market a little longer. We are also seeing sellers make some concessions, buyers are really thinking before they jump into homeownership as affordability is definitely a consideration. That said, sellers are still selling Homes and buyers are still buying them. People continue to need to have a home.
